Exhibit Sneak Peek: "Raven Visits SFO" Opening June 14th

Preston Singletary: Raven Visits SFO
Announcing a new Preston Singletary exhibit in San Francisco at the SFO Museum. Preston Singletary: Raven Visits SFO features a new collection of glass sculptures and incorporates narrative text by Garth Stein, a New York Times bestselling author who is also of Tlingit ancestry.

Singletary uses glass as a medium to connect Indigenous art with contemporary art and states, “my work challenges the notion that Native artists must only use traditional materials. By embracing glass as a storytelling medium, I seek to affirm our presence and identity, reinforcing that Indigenous cultures are dynamic, evolving, and rooted in resilience.”

Preston Singletary: Raven Visits SFO is located pre-security in the Mayor Edwin M. Lee International Departures Hall of the San Francisco International Airport at the SFO Museum.

This exhibition is on view to all airport visitors from June 14th, 2025 – July 12th, 2026. Don’t miss this vibrant celebration of contemporary art and storytelling.
